Rare Norcrest Quarter Horse Japan Ceramic Figurine

Welcome! Please read all the info in the listing before oyu bid. Did i say, rare? Let me stress, this horse is rare! I have one already, and i also have the josef originals version. They are both keepers for any serious horse collector and if you do not have one or both of the versions of this horse, you don't know what you are missing. You might just get her at a bargain as she has had some restorations to her and i am listing her at 1/10 th of what you might pay for her if she was perfect. This quarter mare has not had an easy life, but because of her rarity, she is valuable in ayn condition so she was worth restoring. As you can see from the photos, take a good look, she is a very attractive. Her detail rivals some fo the horses from hagen renaker's designer workshop pieces. Chalk one up for japan! She has a small amount of her norcrest label on her tummy, and a hand decorated sticker as well.

A285 si also stamped on her earthenware colored hoof. This horse stands aobut 6 1/4 inches tall.

And even though you can see no chips, cracks or break lines on her, she was quite a challenge to restore so to a trained eye, you wlil notice these things on close inspection. I am just glad she lived to tell about it! Boht back legs below the hocks have been fixed. Both her ears at the bases have been fixed. Definitely photo-show and shelf worthy and i know you will fall in love with her. I have taken photos of her with, and without the flash. Please check thme out. Shipping will be by priority mail unless a package is light enough ot go first class. I prefer not to ship fragile items via parcel post. The longer a box is in transit, the more it is handled and therefore more likely to receive damage at the cost of saving a few cents. Keep in mind that even the best packing job imaginable cannot always prevent accidents. That being said, insurance on your tiem is optional and shipping without it becomes your risk, not mine. Paypal is preferred, but i will accept m. O. 's. Personal checks rae allowed from ebayers with a 99%+ feedback history, but if you are in a hurry to receive your item, do not pay with a personal check.
